Description of a formula for summer/winter season with different tariffs during the day
Both English and German

Formula show how to calculate tariff that is different during the day (low load, high load and peak load tarif) and with different values in summer/winter. (Add support for Tariff model 3)
It is working for dynamic electricity prices.

@amtssp I've changed a little bit of formatting restructured the headlines on the page to highlight that this is an example. The changes are deployed.
