Sync release tags and CHANGELOG

I noticed that one can find different versions of the plugin at different places such as in the CHANGELOG.md and in the GitHub release tags. Can you please keep these in sync (README.md included)?!

Thanks, I've been meaning to get around to doing that. I'm pretty sure it's mostly just a couple of missing tags. You can find the canonical version list at search.maven.org

How about adding a badge for Maven Central such as here?

Good idea, I might just do that. I haven't used those badges before. I am also going to look into automating my release process more so I don't forget to do things like tagging.

Alright, I added the badge and ensured all past releases got tags. So this doesn't get out of sync again, I added some gradle tasks to ensure the correct version is listed in the README/CHANGELOG and to tag the current release.
