Handle multiple chargers mapped at exactly the same location

On this charger https://map.openchargemap.io/?id=59096, I see the colors of the marker flickering between yellow and orange. (Note that I am using a filter of >50kW CCS2).

There seem to be two chargers mapped to exactly the same spot at OCM:

Maybe we can implement a solution for this as part of #307... but for now the easiest fix is probably to correct the location of these chargers on OCM. Looking at the satellite map, it seems that the Tesla Supercharger should be a bit further west than the 50kW Engie station.
