new packages for lede #21

how do you want to organize the repos for 2017.1 with lede?
I already have a new version runninng on lede of the quickfix for lede here:

for the gluon-config-mode-ppa here: https://github.com/freifunk-kiel/ffki-packages
for the ssid-chager here: https://github.com/Freifunk-Nord/gluon-ssid-changer (which also introduces configurability via site.conf)
