Ah, gyan.dev just has x64 builds. @mifi Do you know a place that provides ia32 builds?

I will just move forward without ia32 builds and consider it a but to be fixed.

Just published ffmpeg-static@4.2.8, it includes ffmpeg 4.3.2. 🎉
