Python 3.14 support

Python 3.14 was released a couple of days ago, so it would be cool if there were wheels for it on PyPI.

We publish ABI3 wheels, so this is not strictly necessary:

Or did you mean free-threaded (nogil) wheels? If so, see #905.

Sorry, I didn't actually check whether it worked and just based the assumption that it wouldn't by default on how it went for 3.12 (#765). So I'll close this, if there are issues people can comment and I'll reopen.
