add import nodeset files

import nodeset xml files into the address space:

• referencetypes
• datatypes (currently missing structures)
• objecttypes
• variabletypes
• objects
• methods (currently missing input- and outputarguments)
• variables (currently missing extensionobjects)

also some extensions and improvements to server.c:

• arrays and matrices support
• server methods to add types and instances with nodeid
• method to follow specific references
• some additional node classes
• some additional node methods (abstract, symmetric, name, dimensions, rank, inverse)
• some additional datatypes in helpers (bytestring, localizedtext)
