As discussed during the roundtable (24.09.2019), we'll remove the Ubuntu PPA releases and from now on we'll only support the binaries that are available at https://swarm-gateways.net/bzz:/swarm.eth/downloads/
With this we're also dropping the support for Go1.11 that was only used because of the Ubuntu builds.
At a later stage, we might support better distribution of our binaries across many platforms. e.g. Snapcraft, Homebrew, etc.
