Hi @ricmoo ! Just wanted to start a discussion around using the recently announced Cloudflare gateway as one of the default providers for ethers.js v5 (in addition to the ones you've already enlisted).

Would be happy to help make this a reality however I can :)

That is awesome! I had no idea they had that. When did they release it?

If it is just JSON-RPC, it is trivia to add in v5. I’ll look into it this week. :)

About 2 months ago! It is, pretty sure they're just exposing geth nodes :)

Initial support for a CloudflareProvider has been added to v5, and it is included by default in the defaultProvider.

Try it out and let me know what you think. :)
