Tests Optimization is coming. I plan to remove hundreds of tests that do not add any usefull coverage: like running staticcall tests on frontier. and so on.

EIP145 decision:

• need to include a couple of tests for each opcode in: https://github.com/ethereum/EIPs/blob/master/EIPS/eip-145.md
• include more comprehensive tests in the test repo (perhaps under the Constantinople fork)
