• ITEM 1: pq-devnet-0 spec discussion:
  • address missing discorvery in pq-devnet-0.md - proposal of static bootstrap peers as an interim solution
  • blocksize discussion: temp check on 1.5-3MB sigs / 4s feasibility
• ITEM 2: fork-choice spec discussion:
  • decide on basing FC spec on consensus-specs (feature fork) vs. separate repo (inherit improvements vs. minimal setup)
  • finalize minimal FC: adopt 3SF-mini (LMD GHOST for head voting) or simpler (e.g., latest block)
  • discuss integration with STF and test cases (SSZ, Poseidon hashing, validation); assign lead for spec drafting/tests.
