this seems like primarily an information change to assert expectations for implementations there is a broader conversation around how to handle this pruning feature that I haven't been following too closely and I think there are a number of implementation questions to answer for a "sound" client pair that being said, given this change is mostly informational, I don't see a reason not to merge |
