Description

• Changed Ethereum's nine years to ten
• Added some consistency for hard stops (i.e. and e.g. vs. i.e., and e.g.,)
  • didn't have the time to check across more pages :(
• Space at the end of sections when linking to other pages was inconsistent (added space)
• Lodestar section said "our" implying that EF owned it; made adjustment
