Very nitpick change but could consider 1) updating this TODO comment to be a bit more descriptive (ie. what exactly should be fixed?), and then 2) use it.skip('...') instead of commenting it out so it shows up in the unit tests as a skipped test until we fix it

This PR contains multiple misc fixes for the Uniswap contracts:
Use the test handler instead of
DefaultWeb3Handler insideofcreateMockProviderandaddProviderToHandler- these functions are only ever used for testingAdd Create2 Integration tests.
