We prefer to take actions ourselves to prevent the failure mode over leaving our fate to an audit, so the audit is really an last resort to any failure modes that we can not confidently mitigate. Putting the AI section in front of Audit Requirements helps us think about the decision to audit based on both the failure modes and the existing action items.
