support for drawing time-calibrated trees

it would be super helpful if ete2 added features to draw time-calibrated trees. Here are some aspects that would be helpful:

1. support for drawing time intervals across the tree
2. node faces that would show calibrated nodes and ranges on other nodes
3. support for drawing credible intervals across internal nodes
