Voir #30. Cette PR fait en sorte que quand on crée une release avec un tag associé, une build se déclenche toute seule, et l'image résultante apparaisse sur https://github.com/etalab/transport-ops/pkgs/container/transport-ops.
Je dois encore documenter la chose.
