[Feature Request] - es_extended - Vehicle VIN

Describe the Feature
It looks like a class was recently added to the vehicle system, as seen in this update. Consider implementing a straightforward VIN generation when a new vehicle is created, ensuring it gets inserted into the owned_vehicles table if it doesn’t already exist. Additionally, allow access to vehicle.vin and similar attributes.
