  • provide a realistic test distance matrix for population genomics documentation
  • removing weird read_dist function I copied from Stackoverflow once upon a time

Matrix better read with standard reader, for example:

dist <- as.matrix(read.csv("matrix_file.tsv", sep="\t", header=FALSE))
