Packets that are not successfully relayed are stored in the database and mark as unrelayed. When a connection is restored, the unrelayed packets are automatically relayed.
On application startup, an updates checks for new versions for Grafana and Kaitai configurations. Versions are checked from a url that is configured in the configuration file.
