About

This ATS MDA Reporting Format is recommended for ATS users to create the MDA based on their ATS model runtime directories, and host the MDA on ESS-DIVE.

Quickstart Guide

1. Read the tutorial at https://github.com/ess-dive-workspace/essdive-ATS-model-data-archiving/blob/main/instructions.md;
2. Run the notebook towards your ATS model runtime directory on either your local machine or an HPC;
3. Read the ESS-DIVE data submission guidelines at https://ess-dive.lbl.gov/archive/;
4. Upload your ATS MDA to ESS-DIVE using the Data Submission Web Form at https://data.ess-dive.lbl.gov/submit.
