spaceclock: remember HRM setting from previous app runs

Great clock.
At the moment, if HRM is disabled and another app (e.g. settings) is opened and then closed (back to clock), HRM gets enabled automatically.
It would be nice if the disabled state would be remembered and HRM would not auto-enable.
