Updating Eclipse breaks ESP-IDE's LSP Editor (IEP-1291) #1017

Describe the bug
So I've been using Espressif IDE 3.0.0. I don't know if I wasn't supposed to do this, but I enabled eclipse's update and downloaded the latest updates.
Now clangd doesn't work and when I go to to preferences 'C/C++>Editor (LSP)>clangd' I get the error "The currently displayed page contains invalid values."
Expected behavior
ESP-IDE continues to work normally after eclipse update.
