Insights not send data without WiFi connection

Issue or Suggestion Description

Good afternoon.
The W5500 Ethernet module is used in their device. Insights sends data only if the device is connected to the network via WiFi, and does not send via Ethernet. The ethernet-init component is used to control the network card.
At the start, the following messages appear in the log

W (08:15:31.117) wifi_metrics: Failed to set rssi threshold value
W (08:15:31.119) insights_transport: connect callback not set
E (08:15:31.120) esp_insights: Failed to enable insights_cmd_resp
I (08:15:32.714) MQTT: MQTT_EVENT_CONNECTED
