Since this package has had some features removed, and the current workflow was written awhile back, I just took a few minutes to update it.
Uses the latest actions, reduces needless parallelism, etc. If we add any more logging-related features maybe we can rethink using a matrix, but for what we have now this is probably fine, IMO.
