Feature Request: Diff history for visual selection

I'd like to be able to view the history of visual-mode selected lines with:
```
:'<,'>CodeDiff history
```
which is much like
```
:CodeDiff history %
```
except we can trace only commits where these specific lines changed.

This is especially useful in large/busy files and you only care about a specific block.
