[Feature Request] Add [title] parameter to Custom "Open In" actions

If I have an inline geolocation like this

[My Location](geo:123,789)

it would be useful to make a custom Open In action with the title as a parameter as well, e.g. for looking up the location's name in Google maps besides just the coordinates.

https://mycustomurl.com/?lat={x}&long={y}&title={title}

In order to give users ideas of what can be done with it (BTW it will be called {name}), do you have an example or two of URLs that accept such a name?

Thank you for the update—I really appreciate it! While I couldn’t share any useful links for the community, I often use iOS Shortcuts to look up locations. However, the coordinates can sometimes differ from the actual place, so it’s helpful to double-check the location name on a service like Google Maps.
