Add support for Deno as a package manager

Starting with Deno v2, Deno supports installing packages and managing dependencies, making it a viable option alongside npm, yarn, pnpm, and bun.

Interesting idea. Can you give an overview of how this would work? The last time I tried running ESLint with Deno I couldn't quite get it working.
