Enable the assessment tool to support interactive sign-in for Microsoft Azure to improve user experience and security.

Description

Currently, the assessment tool requires Azure credentials to be either hard-coded in a config file or provided through console input. To enhance usability and security, the tool should support interactive sign-in using the Azure CLI.

This approach allows users to authenticate securely without storing credentials in plain text or environment variables.
