modernized faithful Quake sourceport utilizing SDL3 and C23 features
- add audio support (maybe use SDL3_mixer?)
- add netplay support (maybe use SDL3_net?)
- make menu system more extensible (maybe implement basic MenuQC?)
- support using the mouse in menus
- replace hardcoded clientside tempentities with some kind of scriptable system
- add support for extended opcodes to the QCVM
- add support for BSP2 and protocol 666
- add support for external textures (convert to indexed at load time)
- add support for resizing window on the fly (also setting "video mode")
- replace all hardcoded sound and model paths that assume Quake game data
