setInitializationTimeout causes test frameworks to hang

Reproduce by:

• importing errsole
• setting up ava test framework
• running ava

Result:

  ✘ Timed out while running tests

  Failed to exit when running tests/api.test.ts

Removing setInitializationTimeout fixes issue.

This even causes commands with commander to hang till that timeout expires.
