MenT provides guidance for users unsure of what career path to take by compiling job data AND authentic information from professionals actually in the field about their day to day lives. These professionals are open to talk too and are happy to answer any questions.

After clicking on a list of available careers, the user will land on this page which provides a general description of the career, the different positions available in that field, the typical salary of those positions, and the job availability. Underneath that will be the available mentors for that career field.
When a user clicks on a mentor, they will land on this page which will give them more information about the mentor, the option to message that mentor, and a list of that mentor's blog posts.
When a user clicks on a post title, they will land on this page where they can read the entire post. These posts will be a kind of log of what it's like to work in a particular career field or position and will provide users with authentic information they can use to make an informed decision about their own career path.
