Current git delta colors are not working well with themes

Colors for text and background (+/-) used to be more clear and readable. Presently they are not looking great.

Additions can look pretty bad:

Removals are ok but not great either:

I think this is following a change to zellij theme that I made but I might have also modified Alacritty. I could confirm by toggling those individually but failing forward by finding a new style for delta may be my preferred options.
