Superseded by #4950. main accepts pull requests only from dev (
check-branchesis required), so this change reaches main as #4948 on dev and then the dev-to-main PR #4950.The full-tier review (Opus) now runs up to 120 turns instead of 60. The light tier (Sonnet) stays at 30.
claude-review.yml: the full tier'smax_turnsis 120, the--max-turnsfallback matches it, and the header comment says 120.Large PRs need 60-70 turns. #4946's review hit the 60-turn cap twice at its final head and posted no verdict, and the reviews of #4944 and #4945 finished at 69 turns. The same change goes to
devandmainso the release PR reviews under the same ceiling.
