delete the six DeprecatedSet* cache helpers that were never referenced in the repo, rely on the existing SetAccount*/SetStorage* APIs plus hashed accessors (GetAccountByHashedAddress, etc.), keep the cache surface lean so reviewers don’t trip over unused “hack” entry points
