ghcr release includes auxilary image since multi-platform releases

Summary

The releases to GHCR have included an auxilary image (on top of the two specified ones) since enabling multi-platform releases. So far I've manually deleted them (hence I can't really point to anything here). Ideally these wouldn't appear (or we understand why they do appear).

Below is an image with an example of this from the (original) v0.4.44 release. The unknown/unknown variant is unexpected.
