A polish release on top of 2.0.0:
- Preferred Monitor finally works across multiple monitors (#72): secondary-monitor taskbars are enumerated and the widget stays on the monitor you choose.
- Stable, aligned, compact side-by-side hardware readout (#179).
- Localized + CJK-safe history graph labels (#173, #176) and a data-size rounding fix (#174).
- Spinbox up-arrow fix (#169), Monitor display-settings gear on the Hardware tab only (#170).
- Honest CPU/GPU temperature and power guidance now that LibreHardwareMonitor removed its WMI provider in v0.9.5 (#134).
- Roughly half the download size (#172).

NetSpeedTray 2.0.0 - the widget is now a true part of the taskbar.

Z-order-docked widget (no more vanishing behind the shell) + the unified Monitor
(Overview / Network / Hardware), usage & data caps, opt-in latency, secure in-app
update, and 10-language localization. Folds in the v1.3.4 stabilization work,
including the critical logging fix (196 -> 722 tests).
