This version has lot of UI Improvements

• Caches location in the browser so it will automatically populate last used location
• Calculate button is disabled until Place is provided
• Changed date selector to original (vue-datetime) and also made separate field for date vs time
• Fixed bug in incorrect AM/PM
• Improved display of longitude/latitide, timezone and planetary positions table.
• Updated to use better fonts and colors
