Animate/Transition of WebvizSettingsGroup content height

When the content of a WebvizSettingsGroup in the WebvizSettingsDrawer of the WLF changes height, the content will appear immediately, whereas the height of the settings group has ease-in-out transition. The issue is shown in the video below for the Delta Ensemble and change of Options radio items when changing Visualization:
