Description
We need to plan how to fit our content into a 90 minute session at the next Insight Net meeting.
Proposed session structure
From meeting/README.md:
- Introduction to challenges (talk)
- Challenges discussion with group
- Introduction to modelling opportunities (talk)
- Modelling opportunities discussion
- Decision tree and method selection (presentation + discussion)
Questions to resolve
- How to allocate time across the five components?
- Which content from the manuscript maps to each talk?
- What level of detail is appropriate for this audience?
- What materials do we need to prepare (slides, handouts, interactive decision tree)?
- How much time for presentations vs group discussion?
- What do we want to learn from the group discussions?
Suggested time allocation (90 min)
| Component | Time |
|---|---|
| Introduction to challenges | 10 min |
| Challenges discussion | 15 min |
| Introduction to modelling opportunities | 15 min |
| Modelling opportunities discussion | 15 min |
| Decision tree and method selection | 20 min |
| Wrap-up and next steps | 15 min |
