Add note to README about use of unpublished APIs

A (presumed) LA1 dev on FB noted that this calls unpublished APIs which could change at any time and break the script without warning. We're aware of this risk and have accepted it, since this isn't on the critical path for any sensitive workflows. But it would be worth noting to any prospective users in the readme.
