Training chart animations are jumpy #695
Description
The training plot animations are not as smooth as they used to be.
A recording of the current state animations as of 689a46d:

The animations seem to jump at the end of each round. In the recording rounds increase after two epochs and we can see that every other epoch creates a jump in the animation.
The latest commit with smooth animations I could find was *: rework packages names:

The following commit bumps the apex-chart version and the animations are already a little bit less smooth (but rounds don't seem to have an impact on the animation):
