Structures with the arrow lose their integrity when pressing 'Layout'

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Ketcher
2. Create a structure consisting of two Benzene and arrow
3. Press 'Layout' button

Expected behavior
The structure has moved to the left upper corner and did not lose its integrity.

Actual behavior
The structure has moved to the left upper angle and the arrow separated from the overall structure.
