Preview: "Unordered_map::at: key not found" error is displayed after adding of specific reactions from the RDF file

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add to canvas reactions from the RDF file:
   !issue-load.zip

Actual Result

• Error is displayed: Convert error! Given string could not be loaded as (query or plain) molecule or reaction, see the error messages: 'scanner: readIntFix(3): invalid number representation: " -"', 'unordered_map::at: key not found', 'unordered_map::at: key not found', 'scanner: readIntFix(3): invalid number representation: " -"':
  

Expected Result

• No errors and reactions are displayed on Canvas (alignment of elements and sizes of arrows will be changed in - Update layout for pathway reaction on canvas #2309):

All 5 examples of RDF files from zip can be loaded without issues, screenshot for the first one:

It looks like not as expected, but it will probably be fixed in the scope of this defect - #2407
