Add recipes to run wmt22 en-de inference with

  • TowerInstruct-7B-v0.2 (based on Llama2)
  • TowerInstruct-Mistral-7B-v0.2 (based on Mistral)
  • Llama3.1-Instruct both 8B and 70B

So far TowerInstruct-MIstral is the best one but Llama3.1 is not finetuned for translation and still gives decent results.
