* make hidden <height> placeholder in vips:resize descriptions visible * apply backticks instead of inverted commas where feasible * removed asterisk indentation from "Note: " for proxies section, which led to a confusion render display (lots of asterisks appearing in the middle of the text) and changed it to blockquote rendering
