Updated go.mod Go version from 1.24.4 to 1.24.9 to align Terratag with patched Go stdlib versions referenced in the JFrog vulnerability report. Terratag’s Go toolchain must now be built with Go 1.24.9+ (or 1.25.3+) in the env0 hub image to clear the github.com/golang/go CVEs under /opt/terratag. Other CVEs in the report are for base image components (pip, curl, gnupg, busybox, jq, etc.) and will be addressed in the hub image, not in this repo.
