Allow multi-line documentation (in roxygen code)

Currently, the automatic documentation updater doesn't support multiple lines for a documentation. Perhaps it can be instructed to ignore certain types of documentation?

If some parsing function for roxygen2 documentation exists (presumbly it does, in the roxygen2 code), see if this can be used to handle this case.
