bin2cpp crashes when encoding a generated file with size=1000 fill=random seed=1

Investigation of a bin2cpp crash using the following:

testfilegenerator command:
```Shell
testfilegenerator.exe --file=testIssue13.bin --size=1000 --fill=random --seed=1
```

bin2cpp command:
```Shell
bin2cpp.exe testIssue13.bin testIssue13 _testIssue13.h testIssue13 100 -override
```
