on Jun 16, 2026 Phase C backlog triage confirms this as post-beta suite work. It remains valuable Phase 0 scope, but the autonomous indexer and Torznab surface are not required for the first native Rust beta. Status remains Todo.
Part of the post-0.7.3 suite forward program (Phase 0). Workflow state is tracked here; the spec lives in the linked doc.
